What size of audience works for this type of show?
Usually for intimate corporate events, a minimum of around forty to fifty is a good number to create atmosphere. There is no upper limit providing the venue has good lines of sight to the stage, and adequate sound and lighting facilities.
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a normal, natural state of mind. We are in this trance-state a numberof times every day. It is an altered state of awareness where the subconscious mind responds immediately to positive suggestion.
CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTIZED?
Yes, as long as they want to be. A willing strong-minded person makes the best volunteer.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE TO BE HYPNOTIZED?
There is a profound relaxation and contentment, you are not asleep or unconscious. Similar to sunbathing, you can be aware of your surroundings but be immune to noises that would otherwise annoy you.
CAN A PERSON GET STUCK IN A HYPNOTIC TRANCE?
Absolutely not. As it is simply focussed relaxation, and from this state, naturally, people either nod off to sleep, or wake up refreshed.
CAN A PERSON BE MADE TO DO SOMETHING AGAINST THEIR WILL?
No! A person will never do anything against their moral ethics while in hypnosis. Stuart Ashing never embarrasses anyone on stage, or lets anyone embarrass themselves! He relies on mild quirky humor that is just as funny. Stuart Ashing treats his participants with respect.
IS HYPNOSIS DANGEROUS?
No. Hypnosis is perfectly safe when practiced by a professional practitioner. Stuart Ashing is a trained practitioner in Hypnosis NLP and Timeline Therapy®, and he has trained at Regents College London, and with master Hypnotist Ormond McGill.
