I just wanted to say an enthusiastic thank you for the Ceilidh dance at Sopwell House on the 7th (7th October 2006 Saturday Sopwell House, St Albans, Hertfordshire). "Dear Mick, Just a brief note to thank you and the band for an excellent show in the High Street last Saturday (7th October 2006 Saturday (11.30 - 1pm) High Street, Southend ). I think the size of the crowd was testament to the standard of your performance and there were many favourable comments. I hope your event in St Albans went well too. "Dear Mick, Just a note to thank you very much for all you and Wraggle Taggle did to make our party go with a swing yesterday (24th September 2006 Sunday (3 - 5pm) Hampton Court House School, Hampton Court Road, Surrey). You even arrived early and certainly in time to play "Happy Birthday" for us. (I hope you enjoyed the lunch.) The lovely weather enticed everyone into the gardens and it was especially kind of you to go out and "round up" the guests to come in and dance! It was all great fun and enormously appreciated and many whom I would not have expected to dance joined in. The little girls especially loved it. We would certainly recommend Wraggle Taggle and feel free to pass this letter on. Warm wishes" Rosemary Somers 25th Sept 2006
"Perfect end to a perfect day"
"Dear Mick and Wraggle Taggle, Just a quick note to say thank you so much for playing at our wedding in July (28th July 2006 Friday Alverbank Country House Hotel Stokes Bay Alverstoke, Gosport, Hampshire). We all had such a fantastic time and there is plenty of video evidence of people being swung and flung across the dance floor and having a great time. The music was beautifully played (we even got an unexpected double bass which was fab) and the calling was clear and very funny: we noticed all the perceptive teacher/education jokes thrown in for our benefit! All in all, Wraggle Taggle provided the perfect end to a perfect day and the type of dancing and music meant that everybody could get involved and have a giggle. Thank you very much - Tim fancies having another ceilidh for his 40th in a few years time so hopefully we'll speak to you then! Best wishes" Jo and Tim Downs 24th Sept 2006
"I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to you and the rest of the band for the concert you played at Clavering Parish Church on 24th June (2006 nr Saffron Walden, Essex). Wanted to say thank you so much to you and the rest of the band for your fantastic entertainment on our wedding day! (28th May 2006 Sunday Northcote House, Sunningdale Park, Larch Avenue, Ascot, Berkshire) The night just flew by and we and our guests were all really impressed with the band and the music - great fun - and really glad we found you! Best wishes" Caroline & Alistair Brown 28th Jun 2006
