Paul HollywoodPaul has had a passion for bread making all his life leading him into a career as Head Baker at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel, followed by The Dorchester, six years in Cyprus at the Annabelle and Annassa resorts and then the Cliveden Hotel in Berkshire.
As well as making various series for Carlton Food Network [Taste TV], Paul has appeared on many well-known TV shows for the BBC, Ready, Steady, Cook, The Generation Game and The Heaven and Earth Show. He has also regularly worked for ITV on the This Morning programme. Paul presently co-presents the UKTV Food channel's flagship programme Good Food Live with Jeni Barnet.
Paul's press involvement has been with Hello! magazine, Good Food magazine, Olive magazine, the Observer and Daily Mail, and he is also a regular at the NEC Good Food Show in Birmingham.
Paul has has had a collection of his fantastic recipes published entitled 100 Great Breads. In the book Paul celebrates bread baking from around the world and tells the reader of its many therapeutic powers.
Paul has a thriving bakery business and also runs bread-making courses for all skill levels at his Bread Academy near Canterbury in Kent
