Caroline Bretherton

After spending eight years as a fashion model, Caroline Bretherton decided to dedicate herself to her passion for food, founding her company Manna Catering in 1995.

Her fresh, light and stylish cooking soon developed a stylish following to match, with a client list that includes celebrities, art galleries, theatres, fashion magazines and photographers and companies such as Nike and L'Oreal.

In 1999 she opened a Sydney - style all day eatery in the heart of Notting Hill called Manna Cafe. Her TV career started with a guest appearance on the Channel 4 show, Light Lunch, and an appearance with Harvey Nichols chef Henry Harris on his TV series. Caroline appeared as co-presenter and celebrity interviewer in Real Food, the Taste Network flagship programme, and 32 programmes for Home Choice as The Healthy Gourmet.

After taking a break to be at home with her two young children, Caroline returned to catering and television, with several appearances on UKTV Food's Great Food Live and Great Food Bites. She is currently working on her first book.
