

Paul Merrett
Paul Merrett trained under many of London's finest chefs before taking his own Head Chef position. Paul quickly established a reputation for an adventurous approach to fine dining cuisine and won his first Michelin star at l'interlude Restaurant in London's Charlotte Street.
Paul then moved to the Greenhouse Restaurant where he once again won a Michelin star as well as Best Restaurant Awards from Tatler Magazine and Timeout.
In 2005 Paul was involved in the successful set up and launch of the Fulham gastro pub The Farm. In 2008 Paul purchased, refurbished and opened the Victoria Public House, Dining Room & Hotel near Richmond Park in West London.
Paul has made several TV appearances, including co-presenting BBC2's primetime series, Fresh Food, and appearing on Great Food Live on UKTV. He co-presented the BBC2 primetime series, The Best, with Ben O'Donoghue and Silvana Franco in 2002 with an accompanying BBC book also called The Best. Paul presented the BBC2's third and fourth Ever Wondered series in 2005 and 2006.
Paul's first book is called Using the Plot and was published by Harper Collins in 2007. It tells his personal story about family urban survival using an allotment! The book's narrative also features views on various food issues, includes a collection of recipes and has enjoyed healthy sales.
