Renée Elliott

Renée Elliott is the face of organic food in the UK. Together with her husband Brian, she owns and operates Planet Organic, since 1995 and now has three sites in London, selling organic and natural produce and products.

Renée is a talented public speaker, is involved with the Soil Association promoting the cause of organic food and advises senior government officials on issues surrounding organic, GM foods and nutrition.

Planet Organic has twice won Organic Retailer of the Year. They were the first to embark upon a string of organic and eco-friendly started the first organic juice bar, they were the first to sell fresh wheatgrass, started the first organic bicycle delivery service, first organic meat counter, first sustainable fish counter, first organic retailer and the first Soil Association's organically certified store.

Renée's Organic Cookbook: Naturally Good Food was published by DK Organic in 2001.
