Chris Ellison

Most people will know Chris from his portrayal of the iconic 'DI FRANK BURNSIDE' in the ITV series 'THE BILL', but Chris's career spans almost 40 years in the world of TV and Theatre.

 From the early days of "THE SWEENEY" through the 1970's and 1980's with shows like THE PROFESSIONALS , MINDER , DEMPSEY AND MAKEPEACE and many more on into the 90's with of course THE BILL.

Life after 'The Bill' followed Chris's own spinoff series 'BURNSIDE' followed by a stint in the UK's favourite soap 'EASTENDERS' and the his own show about a sports agent ELLINGTON, which included the first screen appearance of VINNY JONES!

Chris acting away from TV has lead him into London's West End, where Chris has performed in lead roles such as ᾿BILL SIKES᾿ in ᾿OLIVER'

Chris has also been a good few movies along the way, such as ᾿BUSTER᾿ with PHIL COLLINS.

During all this time Chris has accumulated a wealth of experiences and amusing stories, which he enjoys relating with his own personal insight and humour, ensuring all that are in attendance are fully entertained!
