Roger Black

For over ten years Roger has performed at the highest level in the world of athletics. He is respected both as an individual 400m runner, and as a key team member of the 4 x 400m relay.

At the Atlanta Olympics in 1996, Roger won silver for both the 400m , and the 4 x 400m relay. In 1991, his team won gold in the 4 x 400m relay at The World Championships

Above all Roger is admired for his tenacity, and triumphs over adversity. He has successfully overcome several serious injuries and setbacks to remain top of his profession.

Roger is an extremely popular figure in the media. Whether through his athletic achievements or as a committed ambassador for sport, he regularly features in live television and radio interviews.
