The Kiss Breakfast show was never going to be the same after signing up Rickie and Melvin as their new hosts in 2007. They continue to take breakfast show radio to new heights, winning Silver at the Sony Radio Academy Awards in 2009 and then going one step further and winning Gold for Best Breakfast Show in 2012 - the award with arguable the highest prestige in the radio industry.

Rickie presented MTV News bringing viewers up to speed on the hottest music news, the latest crazes and celebrity gossip. He has presented MTV News from various red carpets, including the lavish MTV Awards and London's biggest film premieres and events such as The Brits, The Mobos, GQ Awards and many more. Rickie co-presented continuity for MTV on a show called MTV Digs and also hosted MTV's music show 'MTV Music Junkie' which was recorded within a live studio audience, interviewing some of the biggest and best music stars around, including Robbie Williams, Shakira and Mr Hudson. He has also co-hosted a week long special on Big Brother's Big Mouth for Channel 4 - all with Melvin Odoom.

Rickie also helped launch the rebranding of the Digital music channel VIVA. Hosting performances from Alexandra Burke along and a question and answer session with a Live studio audience, helping the station achieve record audience figures for a new digital music channel.

Keen to show his versatility, Rickie has filmed successful documentaries for BBC3 including 'My Weapon is My Dog', a thought provoking documentary exploring in depth the peer-pressure culture that has led to a growth in dogs which are perceived to be aggressive and also examining why many young men want to be feared. Following the success of this documentary, Rickie was seen presenting BBC3′s Cannabis: Britain's Secret Farms. Rickie set out to discover the true impact of the UK's skunk-smoking habit. Accompanying Avon and Somerset Police on raids, riding in a heat-seeking helicopter as it uncovered cannabis farms with thermal imaging equipment, and meeting some of the landlords and homeowners horrified to find their tenants are really criminals who have ripped their property apart.

Rickie is a big fan of social media with massive followings across Facebook and Twitter. By having an active online presence paired with regular DJ gigs at club nights up and down the country it's a great way for him to keep his growing legion of listeners and viewers faithful and involved in his successful journey.
