This amazing troupe of percussionists create an incredible spectacle of sight and sound as they present their dynamic and exciting sets of highly choreographed performance.

Customize the show to fit your theme with company logos, products or props.

The players use all sorts of objects to fuse together driving arrangements played on ladders, traffic cones, cars, exhausts, wheels, windows and anything else they can get their hands on!

The Show:

Starting within the audience as staff, audience members or security, the Slam! artists melt into the pre-show chitchat, serving or ensuring guest safety.

Drummers Undercover

The leading member of the team takes a well-timed fall and discovers the percussive possibilities of his spilled tray.

Brushing aside offers of help from the audience the downed artist comes to life as a funky stylish drummer. From all four corners the security staff replies in percussive answers to the lead players call.

Team Building ideas

And suddenly they turn the space into a vibrant, percussive experience!

This cast can involve anything that the guests or client requires in their breath-taking shows (personal items, company goods etc).

Hilarious audience participation

Our cast of 5 bright performers and percussionists rock through 4 routines of ear-catching rhythm that will leave your guests gob-smacked.

These routines are drum led and incorporate the striking of wood.

Poles are used in 2 routines where they are played on the floor.

The show will need a PA for the blisteringly funky backing track

The Players

Richard Joy

Alongside this, Simon is a first call session player with credits including Howard Jones, Tony Hadley and Duran Duran.

Duncan 'Pixie' Mills

Pixie is a drummer and music producer of great repute. His production skills have seen him in the charts no less than 8 times in the last year  with artists such as Florence and the Machine and The Saturdays. His percussion stylings have been required by the biggest labels such as Sony, Universal and Brightside. Pixie is currently in the studio with Newton Faulkner working on his new album

Ben Turner

After asking for a Drum Kit for his 12th Birthday and then receiving a rather negative reply, Ben quickly realised that by hitting anything (especially his Mum's best saucepans) was a fantastic way to get his own back and to discover new sounds all around the house.

After graduating from The London College of Music, Ben started freelancing as a workshop leader and education specialist along with continuing his professional playing.

Ben loves performing in the Slam! shows as they uniquely combine his skills as a performer and a percussionist, plus he gets the chance to hit things as hard as possible whilst shouting like a banshee!

Dan Earley

From a young age, Daniel's passion for percussion led him to play in Big Bands, small jazz combos, symphony orchestras and percussion ensembles. Highlights have included playing at The Royal Albert Hall, London's South Bank Centre, Top of The Pops and tours of France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland the UK and Ireland.

Dan is an alumnus of The London College of Music. Exciting recent projects have included working with Italian playwright and actress Paola Balbi as Musical Director, performing in London, at the Edinburgh Festival and all over Italy. Dan also works with The Dan Banks Trio performing at The Jazz Café and various jazz venues and with composer Mark Rose in whose Jazz Trio he travelled to Switzerland throughout 2010.
