Born in Spain in 1975, Enrique Iglesias is the son of popular Spanish singer Julio Iglesias and is the best-selling Latin recording artist in the world.

Iglesias grew up largely in Miami and began singing as a teenager. He released his self-titled debut album in 1995 and, like his subsequent studio works, proved to be a huge success.

By early 2012, Iglesias had sold more than 60 million records worldwide. His most successful songs include "Bailamos," "Rhythm Divine," "Be With You," "Escape," "Maybe," "Don't Turn Off The Lights" and "Hero."

Very busy with touring internationally Enrique also released three non-album singles in 2012. In 2013 he began to issue pre-release singles for his next full-length. There were four in all, three in collaboration with other artists -- "Loco" (featuring Romeo Santos), "Heart Attack" and "El Perdedor" (featuring Marc Antonio Solís), and "I'm a Freak" (featuring Pitbull) -- all of which charted. The album, Sex and Love, was released in March of 2014, promptly hitting the Top Ten in the U.S. on its way to platinum status in nine countries. He followed that with the stand-alone single "Duele el Corazon" featuring Reggaeton artist Wisin, which became an international hit for his new label, Sony, in 2016.

Tall and good-looking, with an air of coolness that sets him apart from his father, Iglesias has always been careful to maintain an artistic separation from his famous dad.

Indeed, in the years since he first came on to the scene, Iglesias has achieved international stardom that in many ways rivals his father's career. Billboard has even gone so far as to label him "The King of Latin Pop" and "The King of Dance."

*Enrique had 3 nominations at the 2016 NRJ Awards:

  • Best Male International Artist of The Year
  • Best International Song Of The Year (Duele el Corazon ft. Wisin)
  • Best International Group / Duet Of The Year (Enrique Iglesias + Pitbull - Messin’…
